WORKSHOP OUTLINE: 

To encourage the creative use of natural materials.
To provide basic skills and techniques for crafts.
To provide training and support for emerging and established local crafts people. 

PROGRAMME: 

SESSION ONE
Learners acquiring and improving skills in drawing techniques. 

SESSION TWO 

Learners identifying and utilizing aspects of the natural environment as a source of inspiration and basis for visual study.

SESSION THREE

Learners acquiring an insight to the drawing process. 

SESSION FOUR

Learners acquiring drawing skills as a basis for other related visual art disciplines.

Joan Gragg is a certified teacher and has Masters Degree in Art and Design from AUT Auckland, New Zealand. She has been working as a full time artist for 11 years.
